Ken Stoughton

Director of Human Resources

Ken Stoughton is responsible for associate relations, strategic planning for benefits and compensation, legal compliance, responsive customer service for Haverstick associates, and corporate-wide human resource communication and coordination.

Mr. Stoughton has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has demonstrated these skills through management and executive level positions in government, retail, publishing, finance, and health care.  He has built human resource departments, authored corporate policies, directed multi-state human resource branches, and developed performance measurement programs for Fortune 500 organizations.

Mr. Stoughton received a bachelor of science degree in the management of human resources from Oakland City University.
