When to Use Haverstick’s Assessment & Diagnostic Solutions
Our assessment/diagnostic solutions can be used to help your organization re-position for competitive advantage. An assessment/diagnostic engagement may be necessary in the following situations:

  • When key performance metrics are below acceptable levels or  on a downward trend
  •  Expansion of a product line, distribution channel or M&A activity
  •  Addition of a new capability is required to achieve a competitive advantage
  •  Implementation of a technology-based solution (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.)

The Engagement
Our assessment/diagnostic service is a two-week engagement culminating with a formal presentation to the executive staff. We will interview up to eight key, C-level executives, and up to eight direct reports to the executives. Results of these interviews will then be documented, analyzed and presented to the executive team.

Staffing and investment vary by engagement. A typical engagement consists of one or two consultants deployed on-site.
Deliverables from the engagement include: 

  • Interview summaries
  • Success Metrics Analysis
  • Current state high-level assessment
  • Identified areas of challenge
  • Identified areas of opportunity
  • High level implementation plan for addressing the challenge/opportunity areas
